Elijah Marion Whitley, 40, of 3000 Murchison Road, Fayetteville died Thursday, January 5, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 2pm at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel with Bishop Michael Tucker officiating.

He is survived by a daughter, Maranda Whitley; his mother, Vallery Whitley McKine, father, Elijah Morrison and step-father, Nelson King.. ,  Brothers, Dedrick Whitley, Kendrick Whitley, Elijah Jones and Mike Shaw Three sisters, Aisha Jones, Teresa Leach and Tanika McEachern.

A viewing will be held on Friday from 12-2pm at the funeral home.
