As a teacher, I remembered Curtis as a pleasant young man at E. E Smith High School. It saddened me to read of his passing. Thankfully, we have the hope that Jehovah gave us in the resurrection. It is an assurance through his son Jesus Christ who was given so that all may attain to life. (John 3:16) Keep loving memories of Curtis close in your heart as we await the time when "death will be no more". (Revelation 21:3, 4) Please accept my sincere condolences in the loss of your loved one and the smile that I will never forget. Mrs. Lockett

Our days were always brighter every time your son Curtis stopped by our home to say "Hello" and " how are you" to us. His infectious smile and warmth filled the neighborhood in a glow that appeared to surround him as he gently floated away up our street .....stopping to talk with neighbors along the way of course.

Words cannot express how sorry I am about this tragic situation. I loved this young man like my own. Curtis and Emiel (EJ) were good buddies. Curtis kept Emiel out of a lot a foolishness, and I loved him for that. His smile would light up an entire room and his personality was just as big. My heart and prayers go out to your family. May God continue to bless you and keep you strong. Kiss my Grandma Mamie for me Curtis Wisher. You are and will always be missed.

My condolences to you and your family. May God be with you at this time and there after. Curtis was one of our youth that came up in the Tolson Youth Center. A youth at the time with the big smile and welled mannered heart. The Tolson Youth Center family indeed is heartbroken and sadden by his passing. As he grew into an adult he still gave me hugs when I saw him at church ,the same loving young man I've always known and will miss.
