Deepest sympathy goes out to the family of this young man. I especially feel for the young children who will not be able to be with their father. When man was put on this earth, he was meant to live forever. We suffer death now because of Adam our forefather. We look to the hope that Jesus gives us in the Bible at John 11:25. We also know that one day all this sadness will be done away with. May that hope in the resurrection as Jesus promised sustain you and give you peace.

I am so broken from learning of this very sad news. I spoke with Damon several months ago and we talked for hours that day and the next. He was one of the coolest dudes that ever walked. We must understand that he is in no more pain. He was a strong soldier and will be greatly missed. I have known this man since we were kids. I was picked on by others growing up but he never did and always had a kind word to say to me.
