My mother was my inspiration as to what a good mother should be. I learned to be a friend and to be friendly. I learned to love unconditionally as she did to all our friends. My heart aches at this loss, but I know you are with Jesus Christ where you have no more pain. Thanks you for your love. I will pass on what you taught me.
Mom I love you

It has been a very long time but I remember Ms. Jean being a very loving, sweetheart of a person. She treated me like I was one of her own. To Cheryl, Kathy, my dear friend Marcia, Ramona and Ray, I know you're going to miss her but with all of your memories and time spent together, she'll always remain in your hearts. I love you all! Sleep well Ms. Jean.

Family,

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe (Ms McDougal) which I have been calling her since 1974. I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade and she was one of the most amazing women I ever knew. Her kindness and generosity was unsurpassed, her smile would light up your whole day. I feel so grateful to have known you. I will look at your picture and think of you often, even now I remember Ramona, Robyn and I riding in your car, eating your groceries, or listening to you joke with us. You were always there, and I thank you for being such a wonderful mom to us all..... missing you...

13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. 14 For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. 15 For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that lwe who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16 For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord

1 Th 4:13–17.

Aunt Jeanne: You are such a beacon of light and a huge part of me. I will miss your laughter and wit, and the way you always "kept it real". I will miss our trips to Melissa's to get our hair cut, listening to jazz or to BB King, the infamous "brown brush", and the way you and Momma were like 2 peas in a pod. Thanks for sharing so much of yourself, your family, and your life with me since I was a child myself.

Love you forever...

Your Niece,
Beverly Renwick-Pappy
