My deep condolences to the Edwards/Robinson family:
Although, we have never met I have lost loved ones to the pain of death. And I would like to share what helped me during those most difficult times.
It wasn't just being around family & friends. But the hope & encouragement you get from the gift that the Most High God gave to each & everyone of us, yes that is His written word the Bible (Psalms 83:18 & 2Timothy 3:16). Please, notice how God's precious son Jesus viewed death in such a gentle way. At John 11:11-14 yes he viewed death as one sleeping. And God gives us the assurance that there will be a resurrection of loved ones from the sting of death (John 5:28, 29). And He even says where they are are & where they will be (Daniel 12:2 & Psalms 37:11). May you look forward to God's promises being fulfilled (Titus 1:2).

I hope these few Scriptures were of some comfort. Please feel free to contact me or visit jw.org for more words of encouragement. Our daughter fell asleep in death and recently my precious husband of 50 years fell asleep in death also. I truly understand.

With deep sympathy,
Sissy

What can I say Sue E. Robinson was my second mother I worked for her years ago and we developed a strong bond she called me her daughter and I called her mom. She will always be remembered by her laugh and Lord knows her praise. She loved God and would tell the word by her singing and dancing for him she will never be forgotten always in our hearts here in Salisbury she was just like our family so my prayers go out for the family and may the love she had for people and most of all Good continue to.show threw everyone

I was sadden to see the passing of Sue. I have known her, her mother, and family for a long time. Losing a loved one is so painful in this system of things. We have hope in that Jehovah promised us a resurrection through his son Jesus Christ. (John 3:16) ; (Acts 24:15). He also promised that there would be no more sickness and death. ( Rev. 21:1-5. May these scriptures bring you comfort in this time of bereavement. My condolences and prayers to the entire family. May God's kingdom bring us all these blessings that we pray for at Matthew 6:9,10.

Those we love leave us gifts in the form of memories that no one can take away. Wisdom that we can still recall. These are the things that we will cherish forever. May the family continue to look to Almighty God for comfort during this most stressful time since "He is close to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18. My condolence to you

Sorry for the loss of your loved one. John 5:28, 29 assures Jesus will restore life to those who has died. Revelation 21:3, 4 gives further assurance death will be swallowed up forever. This is a comforting thought knowing your loved one is in God's memory. Hope this brings comfort.

Each time one of mankind dies our Heavenly Father is saddened deeply since he made man to live and not to die. He is reminded of the sad consequences that Adam's rebellion brought upon us his descendants. Because of His love and his justice, He will undo all that Adam's sin brought upon us. For our comfort, He had these words penned for us in the Bible. At 1 Cor. 15:20-22 we read: "But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep in death. For since death came through a man, resurrection of the dead also comes through a man. For just in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive." What a wonderful time that will be when the dead are reunited with there loved ones. This hope come from the Creator and Giver of life. So please allow it to comfort your family as it has me many times. So sorry for your loss.
