This process was new to me and everything had to happen so fast and I was a wreck! Ms. Sharon, Ms. Carla and Mr. Herring and their staff were so very instrumental in walking me through everything! The compassion and empathy that Ms. Sharon has shown and assistance with just everything has been so wonderful and Ms. Carla so sweet and patient! Sharon was very compassionate. She explained the entire process and was only a phone call away. We relied on her guidance and she did not disappoint. I was truly amazed with my mothers service. Words cannot express how wonderful the staff at Herring has been to my family and I!!! From the time that I made initial contact, to making sure my brother made it to the airport safely. Sharon, grieving herself, showed me so much love and compassion. I really felt like my brother was in good hands and I knew that just from talking to her on the phone. She truly made this process easy.
My brother's service was amazing! What a send off. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They truly did everything they could to make his service great and they did just that. I can't say enough, my heart is filled with so much joy and appreciation.
