Pecolia J. Jarrell, 86, of 302 Johnson Street, Fayetteville, died Thursday, May 11, 2017 at her residence.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 1pm at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Dr. Carl E. Brinkley, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.

She was the daughter of the late Rev. Lacy W. and Lillie Knight Jones and was  a retired teacher.

She is survived by her sisters, Portia J. Covington of Glen Allen, VA,. and Valerea J. Russ of Fayetteville. Brothers, Rhunell Jones of CA. and Dwight Jones of Charlotte.
